The goals of calm birth are -

  •   to educate you about both the psychology and physiology of birth.

  •   to show you tools and insights that can assist you.

  •   to highlight the importance of the relationships around you. 

Weekend Workshops face to face.
            
9am to 5pm Saturday and 8.30 to 5pm Sunday.
